“Jennifer hand drafted very professional plans/diagrams for the contractors to bid from and work off of. She met with contractors from beginning to end, and oversaw the entire project. She was able to talk their "construction language" and was able to get them to do things I could not get them to do. She knows all aspects of space planning and construction; from design, build, to plumbing, electrical, carpentry...and she was most patient with my changes and tweaking of the plans. She spent a lot of time shopping with me for granite, fixtures, paints, tiles,..everything that involved the entire project. She never left me hanging. All the contractors enjoyed working with her, as she is so thorough and pleasant. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted: a beautiful updated efficient kitchen. All through the entire project, she was extremely conscientious and cognizant of my budget parameters. She achieved the impossible, by doubling my storage space. And her cabinetry contacts were better quality and better price than the local big box stores that I priced out. I was so happy with the final outcome that I have since hired her to start another major project in my family room.”
